Yes you can choose to turn the following options On or Off.
This will allow you to choose which Tabs are displayed on the Cam4 home page. By default all tabs are visible.
To do this go to My Account to the top right of your screen and then select the edit options link on the left. You can then place a checkmark against those you wish to display or remove the checkmark against those you prefer not to display. Once you have made your selections click Save Changes.
You may also use this screen to remove all comments you have made on member profile walls by clicking Delete All My Comments
