How do I remove a ban applied by a Moderator?

To remove a ban placed by you or your Moderator, click on your Chat Settings – the gear icon  at the top right of your broadcast screen.

Next, click the Manage bans tab and sort by Name or Date.

Highlight the name you wish to remove from your ban list and click Remove.

You also have the option to remove all bans applied by clicking the Remove All button at the bottom of the Manage Bans window.
